Heath Clark has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including office, retail, and industrial property management. He has overseen a wide range of asset and tenant types totaling over 10 million square feet. In his role at UTR, Heath is responsible for all asset and property management functions.
Heath holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton. He has earned both the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and an active member of IREM® and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Heath currently attends Purdue Law School, where he is pursuing his Juris Doctor degree.

Paula Langevin has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including office, retail and industrial real estate management. Paula is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of all real properties under management. Paula has her associates in Business Administration from Coastline Community College in Fountain Valley, CA. She has her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and currently sits on the Council of the OC Chapter of IREM on the Education Committee. In addition, Paula has her California Real Estate Brokers License and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).

Jack Walker joined United Trust Realty in May 2023. As Assistant Property Manager, he plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. His responsibilities encompass lease administration, vendor coordination, budgeting, and process improvement, showcasing his versatility and focus.
Jack holds a California Real Estate License and Notary Commission. With a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving results, Jack is dedicated to providing exceptional service to both tenants and property owners.

Armando has over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. Prior to UTR, Armando held Senior Project Manager positions with Cushman & Wakefield and Southern California Edison, where he managed infrastructure projects as well as the development, construction, renovation, maintenance, and operation of over 600,000 SF of commercial spaces throughout the United States with a strong focus in California. He also spent time working with commercial and residential developers and was involved in the creation of over 2,000 lots for home building and development across over 500 acres. Armando graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Amy, our dedicated Property Accountant, specializing in commercial real estate accounting. With 13 years of property management experience and 8 years in commercial real estate accounting, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Amy’s career journey includes management and accounting roles with Arcshtone, Legacy Partners and Arteco Management, where she was a key member of the project team that successfully oversaw the completion of the Riverside Food Lab and Cookhouse Food Hall. Her educational foundation includes a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing Management from Cal Poly Pomona. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amy is a compassionate individual who volunteers her time with organizations like OPARC and local foodbanks. She’s also an avid participant in a monthly book club and self-proclaimed concert enthusiast, always eager to experience live music.

As the Controller, Richard is responsible for the delivery of financial services, including accounting, treasury and reporting. Richard brings over 10 years of commercial and residential property management accounting experience to UTR, having served in an Accounting Manager capacity at Sares-Regis Group and KBS Realty Advisors. He also brings over 5 years of construction accounting experience from his time as a Senior Manager of Accounting with The Irvine Company. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with B.S. in Accountancy and received his MBA from University of LaVerne.
